    准备订单以供取货

    客户选择取货并完成购买后,您或您的员工需要预留订单产品,并通知客户订单已可取货。

    您可以设置电子邮件通知,以便在客户下单时收到通知。


    备注

    在下单后,您无法更改订单的库存发货地点。例如,如果客户错误地选择了错误的商店,他们则必须下新订单并选择正确的地点。


    admin:

    1. 订单下,点击要发货的订单。

    将订单标记为已取货

    客户取货后,请将订单状态更改为已发货

    当客户前来取货时,最好确认订单编号和客户的姓名。如果您已打印订单的取货单,则可以扫描二维码以查找订单。

    您只能使用 Shopify POS 应用来发送已发货的取货订单的确认电子邮件。

    Prepare an order for pickup

    After a customer has selected to pickup their order and completed their purchase, you or a member of your staff need to set aside the order items and notify the customer that their order is ready for pickup.

    You can set up an email notification to let you know when a customer has placed an order.

    Tip

    You cannot change the inventory fulfillment location of an order after it has been placed. For example, if a customer mistakenly selected the wrong store, then they have to place a new order and select the correct location.

    Mark an order as picked up

    After a customer picks up their order, change the order's status to Fulfilled.

    It is also a good practice to confirm the order number and the customer's name when they come to pick up their order. If you printed the order's pickup slip, then you can scan the QR code to look up the order.

    Note

    You can only send a confirmation email for pickup orders fulfilled using the Shopify POS app.

    admin:

    1. From your Shopify admin, go to Orders.

    2. Click the order that you want update.

    3. Click Mark as picked up.

    mobile:

    1. Under Orders, tap the order that you want update.

    2. Tap Mark as picked up.

    Note

    The ability to mark orders as picked up with Shopify POS is available only to merchants using Shopify POS Pro. You can always mark an order as picked up from your Shopify Admin or the Shopify App.

    Adding the Local Pickup tile to your Home screen is a great way for your staff to notice and find orders that need to be marked as picked up. Once you tap the tile, you can filter between orders that need to be prepared for pickup and those ready for pickup for easy management.

    If you do not use the Local Pickup tile, then you can find pickup orders by going to the Orders section and selecting Online as the sale type and Local pickup as the delivery type.

    1. Find and tap the order that you want to update.

    2. Tap Mark as picked up.

    3. If you want to send a pickup confirmation, in the Pickup Confirmation section, select either Email pickup confirmation or Text pickup confirmation.

    4. Tap Done.
