当卖家收到客户支付的款项后，业务员应该及时向客户发出通知，说明款项已收到，感谢对方的合作诚意，并表示马上开始组织生产和发货。客户付款后，其角色从主动方变为被动方，会非常关心生产或发货的情况，及时告知客户后续服务，会让客户更放心。下面的案例是一个收到预付款后的回复案例，但是稍微加以修改后也可以作为收到客户开立的信用证后的回复。
