还盘信回复函的常用结构如下

(1)信件开头告知收信人你已知其感兴趣。

Open the letter by telling the recipient that you have known his/her interest.

(2)表达你接受或拒绝其还盘。

Express your acceptance or regret that the counter-offer is unacceptable.

(3)解释你接受或拒绝其还盘的原因。

Explain your reason for accepting or declining the counter-offer.

(4)表达建立长期业务关系的愿望。

Express willingness to establish long business relations.
